Altitude Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2022 (the “Q2 2022 Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date. The Company requires additional time to prepare and finalize its financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2022. The Company does, however, expect to file the Q2 2022 Form 10-Q within five calendar days of the due date thereof.
