Gavin Isaacs currently serves as a director of both DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG) and Galaxy Gaming Ltd. (OTCQB: GLXZ) and as an advisor to Jackpocket, an online lottery app. Most recently, Isaacs was the Non-Executive Chairman of sports betting technology leader SBTech Limited, which merged with Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp. and DraftKings Inc., and he served in numerous leadership capacities for Scientific Games (Nasdaq: SGMS), including as President and CEO and as a member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Scientific Games, he was the CEO of SHFL Entertainment and the Executive Vice President and COO of Bally Technologies, facilitating significant revenue growth, global expansion, and improvements to the slot businesses at both companies. Isaacs received his bachelor’s degree from the University of New South Wales and his Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.
Thomas Breitling is the founder and CEO of Breitling Ventures, a private equity investment firm. Prior to Breitling Ventures, Breitling helped evolve LVRS.com (Las Vegas Reservations Systems) into Travelscape.com, which revolutionized hotel and vacation package reservations in the travel industry. During his time at Travelscape, the company’s sales reached over $100 million, and he later oversaw the acquisition of Travelscape by Expedia (Nasdaq: EXPE) in a deal valued at over $95 million. He subsequently served on Expedia’s board of directors. Breitling purchased the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casinos in Las Vegas for $215 million, owning the properties until he sold them to Landry’s, Inc. for approximately $340 million. He then served as a Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development at the Wynn Resorts (Nasdaq: WYNN) and as the Chairman of Ultimate Gaming, an online gaming company. Breitling received his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego.
Sam Galeotos is the current Executive Chairman of Lunavi, a provider of end-to-end IT infrastructure and application development solutions. Galeotos has held multiple executive leadership positions throughout his career, including that of President and CEO of Galileo International, a leading travel global distribution services company. He has also previously served as the CEO of strategic distribution and travel services at Cendant Corporation, President and CEO of Cheap Tickets, Inc., and Co-CEO of Worldspan Travel Information Systems. He has also held multiple leadership roles at Delta Airlines (NYSE: DAL) and one of its subsidiaries, DatasLink Business Systems. Galeotos received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and completed an advanced management program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
Hilton Sturisky was most recently the Global CIO of Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRD.B), the world’s largest publicly listed insurance claims management company. Sturisky has extensive travel industry experience, having served as the CIO of both Spirit Airlines (NYSE: SAVE) and BCD Travel. He has also held leadership roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: PFE) and The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO). Sturisky has spent his career restructuring large scale operating models involving disparate IT functions and legacy systems in high transaction complex environments, and he is well-versed in leveraging digital technology to enhance customer experience, obtain insight from data, and drive aggressive growth and innovation across diverse industries. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, as well as graduate degrees from Emory University and Georgia Tech.
Michel Taride is a Strategic Advisor in travel, tourism and smart mobility at Orfeo Partners and a Senior Advisor at Afiniti and Drake Star Partners. Taride is also an Operating Partner at C4 Ventures and a Strategic Advisor at Knighthood Capital Partners. Previously, he was the Group President of Hertz International (OTCPK: HTZGQ), the leading global car rental brand, where he was responsible for all of Hertz’s wholly owned and franchise operations in approximately 150 countries across all continents other than North America. Taride has served on the Global Travel & Tourism Partnership Advisory Board for over a decade and as the board’s Chairman for the last five years, and he holds concurrent appointments as an Ambassador for the World Travel and Tourism Council and a Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Embassy in London. Taride received his master’s degree from the Faculte de Droit et Sciences Economiques in Nice, France.
