| Subsequent Events | NOTE 9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the condensed consolidated balance sheet dates, up to the date on which the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, other than described below, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements. On July 6, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing that its board of directors (the “Board”) had elected to extend the Combination Period from July 11, 2023 for an additional month to August 11, 2023, the fourth of eight potential Monthly Extensions available to the Company. Further, on August 3, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board had elected to extend the Combination Period from August 11, 2023 to September 11, 2023, the fifth of eight potential Monthly Extensions available to the Company.
